These Terms regulate the use of this website and the purchase of products offered by ELEGANT. By using the site or making a purchase, the user accepts these conditions.

  • Sale of handcrafted silver jewelry.
  • Secure purchase through Shopify.
  • Payment methods: cash on delivery, card, PayPal and Bizum.
  • The customer must provide truthful data.

4. Shipping

  • National and international shipping.
  • Delivery time: 1 to 5 business days (depending on stock).
  • Shipping cost visible before checkout.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

  • 14 calendar days from receipt to return.

  • Product in perfect condition and original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer (except for defects).

6. Custom or made-to-order products

  • Manufactured upon request or with customization.
  • Returns are not accepted except for defects.

8. Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Improper use of the product by the customer is not our responsibility.
